1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee: If your jewellery piece arrives damaged in transit or differs from your order, please notify our concierge within 7 days of delivery.

2. Condition for Exchange: Products must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags intact and inside the original Eva's Creation presentation box.

3. Reverse Pickup: Where supported by our courier partners, we arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

4. Store Credit & Refunds: Approved returns will receive either an immediate product replacement or 100% store credit towards any design in our catalogue.
